Robert Harrell Joyner III

June 26, 1972 – July 2, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother and son, Rob Joyner, who departed this life at the age of 53.

Born June 26, 1972, Rob was the oldest of four sons and carried that role with strength and a quiet sense of responsibility. Throughout his life, he remained a steady presence - dependable, kind, and deeply loved by all who knew him.

He is preceded by his mother, Donna Joyner and is survived by his father, Robert H. Joyner Jr, and his three brothers, Daniel (Lisa), Eric (Holly), and Paul (Megan) Joyner, who will forever cherish the memories they shared growing up together and the bond that only brothers can know.

The Joyner boys were raised in a godly home where scripture was fervently prayed over them. They learned of God’s grace and mercy and at an early age, Rob gave his life to Christ. Full realization of the gift of salvation brought clarity and freedom to Rob at the age of 51 when he really started falling in love with the Word.

Rob’s 4 nephews (Grey, Noah, Dean, and Daxton) and 4 nieces (Daley, Sophie, Lily, and Emily) knew how to bring out his playful side and brought him so much joy. He will be remembered not only for his love of family but also for his generous spirit and his unwavering loyalty to those he held dear. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A memorial will be held on Friday July 11, 2025 at 2:00pm, and his life will be honored in the stories, laughter, and love he leaves behind.

We love you and will never forget you, Rob . You will be missed beyond words.
