Roberta L. Sliger Cash, formerly of Shelby County, passed away September 23, 2016; she was 77. Roberta was a devoted Christian, mother, and wife. She retired from Kroger, enjoyed volunteering at nursing homes, and loved to babysit her granddaughters and other children. She was previously deceased by her husband, Howard L. Cash as well as her siblings, Neil, Alfred, Louis, Betty, Mildred, Georgia, and Frances. She is survived by her daughters, Patti Whittinghill and Kim Cash, and her siblings, Kaye Glore, Faye Duggan, and Kenneth Sliger. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 27 from 12:30 until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN 38133.
