Sandra Kaye Glasper

Sandra graduated from Wooddale High School , class of 1976. Following graduation, she attended Baptist College of Health Sciences and successfully completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. She was a Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Emergency Department in Collierville, Tennessee until retirement. March 28, 1998, Sandra married her one true love, Denny Glasper. They were happily

married for 23 years at the time of her passing. Sandra was a doting mother and grandmother

to daughter Sharonda, and grandson Kaleb; they had an unbreakable bond.

She enjoyed cooking, reading, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. Her

smile and laugh brightened a room and she found joy in the simplest pleasures. Sandra survived by her husband, Denny Glasper, her daughter, Sharonda Bealer (Kareen Bealer), and her only grandson, Kaleb; Mother-in-law, Shela Williams (James Williams), Father-in-law, Joe Nelson; Her siblings: Rita Smith, Roosevelt Jones, Jr. (Clarice Jones), and Sharon Frierson, Rodney Nelson (Jill Nelson), Damian Glasper (Pat Glasper) and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Roosevelt and Dorothy Jones and her sister, Beverly Crutcher.

On August 17, 2021, Sandra gained her wings and went to walk with the angels.

A memorial service for Sandra will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133.
