Sandra Tedford Stout, “Nana”, 62, of Bartlett, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by; her loving husband of 40 years, William “Bill” Stout, III, parents, Kenneth and Bessie Tedford, grandmother, Bertie Tedford, and siblings, Mary Tedford and Robert Tedford. Mrs. Stout is survived by; her daughter Michelle Lacy (Mike), son, Ted Stout (Karen), grandchildren, Meghan and Mathew Lacy, Macie, Kaylee and Rocco Stout, and siblings, Betty Fike, Dora Ivey, Donald Greene, Terry Greene, David Greene, and Kenneth Tedford. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, July 8 from 5-6pm with a Celebration of Life Service starting at 6pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Memphis.
