Sherman “Dale” King, 45 passed away July 25, 2015 at Regional Hospital of Jackson, TN. He had spent many years working construction in the Memphis area. He never met a stranger; a very helpful friend, he was always a shoulder to lean upon.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Gail Prescott and by his infant twins, Jason and Samantha King.
He is survived by his wife, Toni “Jade” King; daughters, Brenda Abigail King, Sylvia Ann King, Nesita King; son Johnny Dale King; step-daughters, Hannah, Delaney, Holly and Hope Sheets; one granddaughter, Neveah King; his father, Glenn King Sr., two sisters, Shelia (Richard) Thomas and Marsha (Dewane) Roberts; and one brother, Glenn (Lee) King.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 29 from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home, 3700 N. Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN
