SHERRY DIANA “Sissy” LYELL, 44, of Bartlett, TN, passed away early in the morning of April 1, 2012. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Monday, April 2, and Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, with burial to follow, all at Memphis Funeral Home And Memorial Gardens, Germantown Rd., Bartlett. Sherry fought a long hard battle of COPD. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Rapp, Sr.; and her stepfather, Larry G. Harris; and father-in-law, George H. Lyell, Sr. She leaves her husband, Donald “Keith” Lyell; her son, Chadley Keith Lyell; mother, Bobbie J. Harris; mother-in-law, Thelma L. Lyell; and her brother, Charles R. Rapp, Jr. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, George H. Lyell Jr.; sisters-in-law, Deanna Rapp of Bartlett, Tina Rose Luther of Ellsinore, MO, Rena Christine Schaefgen of Bartlett, and Holly Shannon Lyell McNamara of Cordova, TN.
