THEDA B. PHILLIPS, 87, of Arlington, died Saturday, October 16, 2010. She was a homemaker and member of Arlington Presbyterian Church. She loved horses and nature. She was also an avid reader and writer of poetry. Private family services will be under the direction of Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Germantown Rd. (formerly Memory Hill Gardens) She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Phillips. She leaves five daughters, Judith Ann Ferrell of Senatobia, MS, Susan Louise Mowery of Horn Lake, MS, Pamela Leigh Beers Tims, Deborah Kaye Moore, and Annie Clair Russell, all of Arlington, TN; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
