Theresa leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Peggy Foley (Bill), Jenny Rudemiller (Keith), Theresa Warriner Balestrino (friend Raymond Buring) and Mary Tom Massey (Phil) and her son Bubba Warriner (Barbara). She will be missed immeasurably by eleven grandchildren: Missy McKee (Dawn), Glynn Foley (Britany), Ashley Meyer (Ryan), Justin Warriner, Hailey Warriner, Jenna Collie (Dave), Anna Rudemiller (fiancé Trent), Amy Hill (Tristan), Maria Bickford (Nathan), Patrick Massey and Rhetta McDevitt Massey. She worked as a Shelby County school crossing guard for 15 years and later worked at and retired from Shelby County Juvenile Court. She was a friend to a number of pets and an even larger number of strays. Our mother was sharp witted and a woman before her time. She could enjoy life and light up a room. We will all miss her wit, wisdom and laugh, and our world is less bright with her passing. We would like to thank our mother’s exceptional caregivers, Mary Jones, T.J. Jones, and Rosa Broome. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:30 followed by a service at 10:30 on Monday, February 11, 2019, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Pky, Bartlett, TN 381333. Memorials may be sent to Sunny Meadows Safe Haven for Pets, 4066 New Getwell Rd., Memphis, TN 38118.

February 10, 2019

I first met Theresa through my step granddaughter Maria Bickford. I always went to St Agnes Grandparents Day and sat with Theresa. I then gave her rides to functions when a ride was needed. She was so sweet and kind to me despite I was her ex son in law’s new mother in law. Rest In Peace sweet lady. My prayers for your entire family.
