Virginia Ann Haltom, 83, of Collierville passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Methodist University Hospital-Memphis. She retired from Helena Chemical Company at the age of 78 and was a member of Cherokee Baptist Church. Mrs. Haltom was also an avid card and domino player, a die-hard Memphis Grizzlies and University of Memphis Tigers fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Haltom in 1993; and is survived by her daughters, Regina (Gena) Russell of Memphis and Gayle Bussanmas of Lititz, PA; grandchildren, Rachel Mountis of Charleston, SC, Phillip Bussanmas of Boca Raton, FL and Jonathan Russell of Memphis; great grandchildren, Max and Mason Mountis of Charleston, SC; brother, James Bishop of Southaven, MS. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN.
