WILLIAM KENT McCARTY, 63, of Arlington, passed away December 27, 2010. Kent served in the United States Army during Vietnam; he was a member of Local 474, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a Keyman volunteer at Methodist North Hospital. He is survied by his wife, Judy Edlemon McCarty; son, Christopher McCarty; and brother, George McCarty (Wilma). The family will receive friends Thursday, December 30 from 1 p.m. until service and interment at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
