William Ray Perkins, 65, of Byhalia, MS, died October 19, 2014. He was a retired mechanic with FedEx. He is survived by his sons, John William Perkins and Richard Daniel Perkins; 4 grandchildren, Taylor, Cortlyn, D. J. and Bubba; 2 brothers, Don Perkins and Tracey Foote and his two sisters, Betty Watkins and Becky Austin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary G. Perkins. A memorial service will be 2p.m. Thursday, October 23, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Bartlett, TN. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m.
