Frank Chasak

Frank was born in Granger Tx on December 24, 1930 to John and Annie Chasak.

He was in the military and worked as a maintenance associate for the University of Texas where he retired in 1978. He also worked at Stepping Stone apartments in Taylor for a number of years. Frank enjoyed playing music with Frank Vrana and the Melody Five, Ken and the Starlighters and others throughout his life. He also enjoyed building things, such as furniture and tiny houses for his grandchildren.

Frank is survived by his sister Ruby Pavlasek of Hutto and daughters Angie Pietsch of Taylor and Barbara Kelley of Temple, grandchildren, Avriel Pietsch of Tucson AZ, Casey Kelley of Washington DC, Mallory Martinez and Shannon Kelley of Temple and 2 great grandchildren Charlotte and Nolan Monroe, several nieces and nephews.

Frank is preceded in death by his wife Bobbie Chasak, brothers Joe, Jerry and Lewis and sisters Martha, Elizabeth and Josephine

A graveside service for Frank will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Holland Cemetery, Holland, TX.
