George E. Von Stosch, III “Butch”, age 71, passed away Wednesday July 9, 2014 in Temple, TX. George was a good man with a full life. He was in the Air Force during Vietnam, graduated from SW Texas State University, taught Government and History for 10 years in Premont, TX, and worked for Amos Electric for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances B. Von Stosch, with whom he is now reunited. George is survived by his sons, George Von Stosch IV and Billy Lee Von Stosch; his daughter Teri C. Von Stosch; his 8 grandchildren; and his brother, Gary Von Stosch.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 12, 2014 at 1pm at The First Baptist Church in Academy, TX.
