Andrew W Lowe Jr.

He was born January 19, 1945 in Peoria, IL to Andrew W. and Gladys (Catterall) Lowe Sr. He married Carol Sue Jones in Peoria on August 12, 1963. She survives.

Also surviving are five children, Julie (Ron) Neilson, Tonya (Steve) Lowe-Stallings, Andrew (Dana) Lowe III, Donald (Carol) Lowe, and Jeffery (Amy) Lowe; 18 grandchildren that include two grandsons that are presently serving with the US Army overseas; 25 great-grandchildren; one sister, Sandra Lowe-Kissner; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one grandson, Andrew Lowe IV.

Andrew was a US Air Force veteran. He drove a truck for many years before retiring. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, but his main passion was his family and his model train collection.

Cremation has been accorded. Memorial Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel in Bartonville with Fr. Van McCalister officiating. Family will receive friends from Noon to 3 p.m. Sunday before services.
