Arthur 'Art' Steven Maloney

He was born July 1, 1950 in Peoria to Albert and Eleanor (Rynearson) Palashoff. He married Marcella “Marci” Gregory on Feb. 8, 1972 in Missouri. She passed away on April 11, 2015 in Bartonville. He was also preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his children: Arthur (Sirun) Maloney of Houston, TX, Dawn Maloney of Pekin, Steven (Mary) Maloney of Bartonville, and Tyler Maloney of Pekin, two grandchildren, Caitlin Otto of Pekin, Leah Maloney of Bartonville, and several brothers and sisters.

Art was a United States Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was an inspector for Caterpillar, Inc. for over 30 years retiring in 2005.

He was a member of the UAW 974.

Visitation will be Friday Aug. 19, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday Aug. 20, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, Reverend Jack Thompson will be officiating.

Burial will be in Trivoli Cemetery with Military Honors.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
