Barbara Kay Hoffman

She was born August 6, 1944 in Peoria to Arthur and Dorothy (Johnson) Gaul. She married Dale Hoffman on September 28, 1965 in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are their three children, Michelle (Raymond) Fisher of Trivoli, Jeffrey (Erika) Hoffman of Mackinaw, and Donald (Sarah) Hoffman of Washington; seven grandchildren, Joshua (Courtney) Fisher, Jacob (Brittney) Cooper, Jesse (Brittany) Fisher, Jordan Fisher, Emma Hoffman, Benjamin Hoffman, and Luke Hoffman; ten great-grandchildren, Carter, Macie, Cooper, Conor, Corey, Jimmy, Raylinn, Rhylee, Carsyn, and Nolan; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald Eugene Gaul.

Barbara was passionate about spending time with with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Something people may not have known about Barbara was that she was an avid Skydiver in her younger years. She was a member of the Bartonville United Methodist Church and a member of the Big 25 Club.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 14, 2023 with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Burial of the urn will be at Dickison Cemetery near Dunlap following the service.
