Beverly Jean Baker

Beverly was born on June 22nd, 1934 to Robert and Dorothy Dempster. Beverly married Delbert Baker in 1951.

Beverly is survived by 2 sons; Robert Baker and David Baker of Peoria; 1 granddaughter, DeAnne Baker of Peoria ; 4 nieces; Cynthia Farmer of Fl., Lee Ann Needham of IL., Karen Doughtry of IL., and Nancy Simmons of IL.; 2 nephews, Jim Rains of Canton, Larry Rains of Fl,.

Beverly was preceded by her husband, Delbert, her parents and 3 sisters.

Beverly worked with the Elks Club of Peoria for 33 years. She was a volunteer with Peoria mission and Red Cross, and a member of the Fernwood Femmes Club. Beverly had ironed all the costumes for the Peoria Christmas parade for many years in the 1950’s.

Service will be Thursday, December 10th at 11 am with visitation 1 hour prior at Davison-Fulton Bartonville chapel.

Burial will be at Springdale Cemetery following the service.

Memorials can be made to the Red Cross of Peoria or the Peoria Rescue Ministries.
