Bryan Lee Newman

He was born June 4, 1959 in Peoria to Benjamin and Betty (Gutherie) Newman, Sr. He married Cindy Archdale on December 4, 1981 in Peoria.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Cindy, two daughters: Brandi (Eric) Van Tine, Brittany (Brad McSimov), five “shining stars” grandchildren: Hayden, Grayce, Rylan, Lundon, and Owen. He is also survived by two sisters: Benete` (Brett) Swalve, Belinda (Gary) Scoles, multiple beloved nieces, nephews, and best friends, Eric and Rocky Schave.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Benjamin Newman, Jr, and two nieces.

Bryan had a successful career at his family owned business NPC of Mid-America until its closing.

He was a member of Richwood’s Christian Church in Peoria.

Bryan’s greatest joy in life were his five grandkids. He loved to take them on family vacations, swimming with them in the pool, and attending their sporting events. He was a die-hard St Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears fan.

His unwavering love for his family and generous heart and soul will be forever missed. He was also loved and adored by Cindy’s family.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 30, 2024 at 12 Noon at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. till time of services at 12 Noon on Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Easter Seals or Richwood’s Christian Church.
