She was born June 4, 1974 in Peoria to Vernon and Cynthia (Dutton) Theinert. They preceded her in death along with her step-father, Jerry Farrar, and one sister, Connie Hanley.
Survivors include two sisters: Colleen (John) Louthan of Harper, KS, Carrie (Jason) Draper of Bartonville, one brother-in-law, Ron Hanley of Peoria and several nieces and nephews.
Cathy was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and was a Gift of Hope donor.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Bartonville Volunteer Fire Department.
