She was born January 4, 1949 in Peoria to Clarence and Frances (Hunt) Dutton. She first married Vernon E. Theinert in Peoria in 1969. He passed away in Peoria in 1997. She then married Jerry Farrar in Peoria in 2005. He survives along with three children: Cathy Theinert of Peoria, Colleen (John) Louthan of Harper, KS, Carrie (Jason) Draper of Bartonville, four grandchildren: Mar (Makena) Thompson, Arya Louthan, Macayle Louthan, Makiya Louthan, two great-grandchildren: Savannah, Kailer, one son-in-law, Ron Hanley of Peoria, one brother, Bill (Barb) Dutton of Washington, and two sisters: Jackie (Tony) Duez of Pekin, and Mary (Don) Strickler of Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, one daughter, Connie Hanley, and one brother, Jim Dutton.
Cynthia was a CNA for many years first at Bel-Wood Nursing Home then Heddington Oaks Nursing Home in Peoria.
She enjoyed Bingo, playing cards with family and friends, and crocheting.
Funeral services will be Monday, January 27, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
