I am broken by this news of Danielle's passing. I met Danielle at IHOP, I actually trained her. We became good friends and I am sorry that I did not hear of this sooner. I apologize for not being there for her family and her little dog Pepper. My heart goes out to her family, especially her mom and brother. I know that she was having a very hard time and she is in a better place for her. I thank God that she was a part of my life and I will miss her. She was such a beautiful young lady. My husband Tony and I will both miss her. I feel like I should have been able to have done something as I battle the same "disease". I just seen her right before this happened and I have MANY regrets. I have lost several loved ones over this and feel that our society should offer more than what is available. I love you Danielle......I am so sorry.

Dear Ms. Kilpatrick - Your loss resonates so deeply - except for the grace of God, I could be the mother, instead of you, living this nightmare. Your expressions of pure love are so evident - I pray for healing and comfort.

Danielle was a beautiful and smart young lady. She was a good friend to my daughter Amber. They met in high school and were very close for many years. She was at our home alot. I will never forget her laugh. Nor her sense of humor.. My heart goes out to you. No mother should ever have to bury their child. You will be in my family's prayers. May God comfort you.
