He was born on Sep. 7, 1947 in Peoria to Delmar and Carolyn Kelly, Sr. Surviving are his mother of Peoria, two sons: Brett Kelly of Pekin, Michael Kelly of Morton, two grandsons, one great-granddaughter, one aunt, Mae Kelly of Morton, one uncle, Tom Tapp of Bartonville, several cousins, along with one special cousin, Delbert (Diann) Kelly, Sr, as their mothers were sisters and fathers twin brothers.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father, and two aunts.
Delmar was an only child and was loved dearly by his mother and father.
He worked for Logan Printing Co. for 35 years as a Pressman. The last years of his life he spent with his companion Rose who he loved very much.
Graveside services will be Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
