Diane K. Carey, 73, of Bartonville, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born October 4, 1946 in Lincoln, NE to Charles Edwards and Ann Elizabeth (Louzek) Svara. They preceded her in death.
She married Merle Carey on August 2, 1965 in Sioux Falls, SD. He survives.
Also surviving is son, Troy Carey of Bartonville; grandchildren, Charlie Carey and Jaxson Carey both of Bartonville; and sister, Gretchen (Larry) Helmick of Raymond, NE.
Diane was a homemaker, and volunteered at St. John’s food pantry.
Per her wishes, cremation has been accorded.
