Doc was a great guy. He treated my mom and all of us as if we were his family. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I’ll never forget how he treated our kids he cared for our kids like they was his grandchildren. He was there if you needed help. He was a caring man. He had lots of storys and joke. I could never thank him enough for what he had done for me over the past 16 years and he never ask for anything in return Rest In Peace Doc we loved you and will miss you. ❤️ Sis

Doc was my family, he was like my grandpa. He loved me, he treated me and my sister as if we were his own grandchildren. He would do ANYTHING for anyone, he'd give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I will remember the times me and my sister went camping at Lake Mt. Sterling every summer with him and my grandma. He taught us how to fish, and because of him I love fishing today. Every morning he'd wake us up by saying, "Wake up and pee, the worlds on fire!" I will forever cherish the memories I have with him. I will forever miss you and I will always love you.. Go shoot a big buck up there! Rest In Paradise.<3

Doc was a wonderful grandpa to my children Kane and tegan. He was all was there for them! He was always giving them apples! They loved their apples. One time we went out to eat and when we was getting in the car I accidentally shut his hand in the door. He didn’t holler or anything I didn’t realized I did it until he said we can’t go anywhere til my hand is out of the door. I looked back and he was wiggling his fingers and laughing. He teased me forever about that day. I love you doc. I will miss you. You will always be in mine and my children’s heart.
