She was born on January 4, 1954, in Peoria to Frank and Lucille Fosco. She married George Huber on June 29, 1974, in Peoria. He survives, along with one daughter, Tiffany (Scott) Paluska of Washington; and two grandchildren: Noah and Nathan Paluska of Washington.
Francine was a Bank Teller for several banks in the Peoria area, last working for Hometown Bank in Sunnyland. She enjoyed meeting and helping all the people she would come across, and always had a smile and open heart to all those she called family and friends. The beach was her favorite spot, her “happy place.” She also loved the color pink, and that color took on a special significance as she battled breast cancer. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Bartonville, a community she deeply loved.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Bartonville. A funeral mass will be Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the church. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum in Peoria.
