He was born on November 15, 1928 in Peoria, Illinois to Emory F. and Wilda J. (Jochman) Beebe. He married Sallie A. Holtke on July 8, 1950 in Peoria, Illinois. She survives.
Also surviving are two children, Beckie (William) Stepzinski of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Jill (Dan) Gard of Lakewood, Colorado; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Gard of Lakewood, Colorado, Benjamin Fauber of Austin, Texas; two great grandchildren Beau and August Fauber of Austin, Texas; one sister, Dorothy Gilmore of Bartonville, Illinois and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was an U.S. Air Force Veteran and worked 32 years as a Supervisor at the Illinois Air National Guard retiring in 1983. He was a member of the Illinois Masonic Lodge #263, Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Peoria, Mohammed Temple Shrine and its Senior Nobles and Legion of Honor groups. He was a former member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church in Bartonville. Frank was also instrumental on organizing the JFL League in the Bartonville area.
The family would like to thank the Bartonville Fire Department and Rescue Squad, neighbors, friends and OSF Hospice for their compassion and support during Frank’s illness.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel. The Rev. Eric Dupree will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 am until 11:00 am Saturday at the funeral chapel. Masonic services will be at 10:45 am Saturday at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Prospect Cemetery near Dunlap, Illinois.
