

Gregory Francis "Greg" Turcotte, 76, of Bartonville, formerly of Brookfield , Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on August 14, 1946, a son of Adolph William Turcotte and Angeline (maiden name Turk) Turcotte.
Greg is survived by his daughters, Kelly Turcotte, Kerry (Cory) Lovas, Kris Turcotte; and grandson, Cory Lovas, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph Turcotte and Angeline Turcotte.
Greg served his country in the United States Army. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, receiving four purple hearts, the bronze star, and the silver star for his service.
His one true passion in life was American Muscle Cars which in turn he made a lifelong career of. A true artist, mechanic, and natural talent. Greg could restore a car that others would send to scrap and build a beautifully restored muscle car. His love of music, especially The Rolling Stones would have him in his garage singing and working. Greg also had a great sense of humor and his laugh will be missed the most.
Greg's memorial service will be private. His urn will be interred in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. Cremation has been entrusted to the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
