Our sympathy and prayers are with the family of Mrs. Briggs. She was a truly special person who encouraged her students and their families long after they left her class. I am sure she knew how much she meant to the people of Bartonville and the whole Limestone area.

I was one of the many lucky children to of had her as a teacher. She will always be my favorite teacher. Will never forget starting the day by signing God Bless America, making of puppets, and the puppet show. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers
