Janice A. Milus

Janice was born in Macomb on September 27, 1934, the daughter of Eldon & Nora (Markey) Griffith. She married Jack Moretto in Bartonville in 1952. He passed away in May of 1971. She later married Tom Milus in Peoria on April 12, 1974. He survives.

Also surviving are her children; Joni Reed of Bartonville, Randy Moretto of W. Peoria, Thomas B. Milus of Pleasanton, CA, Kathy (Jim) Burdette of Morton, Stewart (Tamara) Milus of Peoria and John Milus of Peoria; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Janice is preceded by her parents; her husband Jack; one sister Judy Robinson; and two brothers Jack Griffith and Rick Griffith.

She worked for Illinois Bell then later AT&T for over 35 years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of Peoria.

Janice was also the owner-operator of The Body Shop in Bartonville for several years.

She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Peoria.

Funeral Services will be Saturday September 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Father Terry Cassidy will officiate. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel on Friday September 14, 2012 and one hour prior to mass at the church.

Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum in Peoria.
