He was born Jan. 18, 1979 in Peoria to Lois D. Maple.
Survivors include his mother, Lois D. Coy of Peoria, five aunts: Vickie (Harold) Otto of Creve Coeur, Karen (Nacho) Navarette of Peoria, Debbie Maple of Peoria, Nancy Stewart of Peoria, Linda Maple of Peoria, and two uncles: Ralph (Kathy) Maple of Sunnyland, and Ronnie Maple of Peoria.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Shirley Maple, one brother, Matthew Becraft, his step-father, Alvin Coy, and one cousin, Jay Worrick.
Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Maple Ridge Cemetery.
