She was born March 29, 1940 in Peora to Stanley and Eloise Morgan. She married Richard Maxwell on March 28, 1956 in Peoria. He survives along with two children, Scott (Dawn) Maxwell of Peoria, Richilyn Allsup of Trivoli, six grandchildren: Alisha, Jessica, Gregory, Taylor, Jobi, Hailey, ten great-grandchildren, and one sister, Lynn Stanfill of Farmington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Greg Maxwell, and one great-grandson.
Family services will be private with burial in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
