JoAnne Johnson, 85, of Peoria, formerly of Bartonville, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Farmington Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 1, 1938, a daughter of Ira Ross Stufflebeam and Leona Francis (Ball) Stufflebeam. JoAnne married Ivan Earl Johnson on July 21, 1956 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1997 in Peoria.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Tyler Best; two brothers, Ronnie and Jerry Stufflebeam; and her half-sister, Moneta Morgan.
JoAnne is survived by her three children, Debbie (Mike) Kelso of Punta Gorda, Florida, Jeff (Stephanie) Johnson of Washington, and Cheryl (Joe) Powell of Punta Gorda, Florida; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Vaneta Antle of Pekin; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Peoria Women's Bowling Association and bowled on many teams over the years. JoAnne loved playing card games with her friends and family.
JoAnne's funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Her visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also on Saturday at the funeral chapel. Burial will take place in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
