John William Endres, 71, of West Peoria, Illinois, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 19, 1946 in Peoria, Illinois to John K. and Mildred (Henning) Endres.
He is survived by three sons, Matthew Endres of Belleville, Illinois, Chad (Jovon) Endres of Bartonville, Illinois and Adam Endres of Chicago, Illinois; three grandchildren, Cole, Caleigh and Aiden Endres; one sister, Karen Hammond of Hanna City, Illinois.
John was an electrician for over 25 years working out of the IBEW Union retiring in 2009. He was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed following the Chicago Cubs and Bears. He was a Viet Nam Navy Veteran.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 am on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel. The Rev. James Isbell will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Smithville Cemetery in Smithville, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Peoria Rescue Ministries.
