He was born Dec. 4, 1962 in Peoria to Justa and Jessie Isbell. He married Betty Jane (Miller) Isbell. She passed away May 5, 2020 at her residence in Hanna City. He is also preceded in death by his father and one daughter, Ashley Miller.
Survivors include three children: Jamie Little of Hanna City, Kelly King of Colorado Springs, CO, Robert Miller of Hanna City, six grandchildren: Trent, Monet, Paige, Brooklyn, Matai, Mayja, and three siblings: John (Rosalyn) Isbell, Teresa (Mark) Corse, and Terry (Lynn) Isbell.
Judd worked and retired as a Maintenance Supervisor from the Evonik Chemical Plant in Mapleton. He also served time on the Hanna City Village Board.
Judd loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, and you could say he was a “jack of all trades”. In his free time he enjoyed flying model airplanes, shooting his guns, and his bow and arrow. He was a member of the N.R.A.
Private graveside services will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Trivoli.
