

She was born October 13, 1939 in Peoria, IL to Charles and Dorothy (McWilliams) Haynes.
Surviving are her children, Jeffrey (Juli) Bill and Douglas (Jenny) Bill, both of Peoria; grandchildren, Erica, Jacob, Nicole, Alec, Jordan, Drew and Braxton; and Fifteen great grandchildren.
Her parents; a son, Michael Bill; and her sister, Donna Jean Haynes preceded her in death.
Judith worked for many years in the office at Kirby Risk in Peoria. She also began working as an usher at the Peoria Civic Center when it opened in 1982 and continued on for 36 years as an Usher Supervisor retiring in 2018. She was recognized by the Civic Center as it’s longest continuous employee.
She was a very avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, traveling with the Cardinal Caravan for many years to games across the country. She loved to travel, her favorite vacations always included going to the beach. She is remembered for her genuine kindness and being a friend to all who knew her. She was a wonderful mother and best ever mother-in-law. She was very proud of her grandchildren and took pride with the birth of each great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 3, 2025 at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel with burial to follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Bartonville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service.
