Judith lived in Hanna City, Illinois. She married Douglas Russell on January 29, 1966. She attended Limestone Community High School. Judith held various jobs throughout her life such as a police dispatcher and accountant. She enjoyed reading, gardening, as well as her many trips to Minnesota vacationing with her family. She was a beloved wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her favorite thing was to spend time with her family and friends.
Judith is survived by her husband Douglas, her two daughters Michelle(John) Wagner of Chillicothe IL, Wendy Bruce of East Peoria IL, three granddaughters Erica(Michael Ford) Small of Wildwood Missouri, Nicole(Ben Bezaire) Small of Raleigh North Carolina, and Abigail Smith of Washington IL, as well as one great grandson Jack and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Joanna Mitchell, and her brother William Mitchell.
Visitation will be at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel on Friday the 24th from 4 PM to 7 PM.
