Keith Eugene Tucker Sr.

Born June 4, 1936 in Kenney, IL to Homer and Dorothy (Peters) Tucker; he married Rita Delinski on September 15, 1956 in Peoria.

She preceded him in death along with his parents; sons, Keith Jr. and David; brother, Paul and sister, Mary Lafollette.

Surviving are his daughters, Lynn Tucker-Myers (Jim Batterham) and Crystal Dozard, both of Bartonville; grandchildren, Amber (Ryan) Motteler, Keith Tucker III, and Jacob (Jordan) Myers; and great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Dean and Isabella Motteler and Jameson and Beckham Myers.

Keith was a truck driver last working for Ryder P.I.E.

He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Peoria and Bartonville American Legion Post 979.

Keith was a diehard St. Louis Cardinals fan and in his younger days enjoyed bowling and softball. He and Rita also enjoyed playing cards in couples groups.

He is remembered as a very funny man with a million one-liners who loved his family and friends very much.

Cremation has been accorded through Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 25, 2025 in the Chapel at Resurrection Mausoleum in Peoria and he will be inurned with Rita at the cemetery there following the service. Following the inurnment, a celebration of life will be held at Rocket Bar & Grill at 1101 W Garfield Ave. in Bartonville.

Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
