

He was born April 9, 1993 in Peoria to Ronald Jepson and Annette Trueblood.
Kyle is survived by his dad, Ronald; mom, Annette (Michael) Edwards; sister, Danielle Jepson; grandparents, Raymond and Esther Trueblood, and Catherine Jepson; aunts and uncles, Kathy Trueblood, Bruce (Kim) Trueblood, Tina (Mike) Adams, Brian (Amy) Trueblood, Lisa (Steve) Sherwood, and Shane (Vicky) Jepson and many cousins, Nathan, Ben and Abby Trueblood, Claire, Leah, and Natalie Adams, Dakota (Tyler) Hugg, Luke and Irina Sherwood, Jake (Josie) Jepson, Cody (Haley Holtzman) Jepson.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Norman Jepson.
Kyle was a proud member of The Carpenters Union #237 working for Allied Construction, where his hard work and unwavering dedication earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. He approached every project with commitment, Kyle put his whole self into everything he did.
Outside of work, Kyle’s interests were as diverse as his skills. He found immense joy in fishing, often spending any free moment on the water. He was also a passionate truck and vehicle enthusiast, enjoying nothing more than working on his vehicles and perfecting them. His love for the Tri-State Rodeo in Fort Madison, Iowa, added another layer to his vibrant personality, as he embraced the thrill and camaraderie they offered.
Kyle's greatest pride and joy, however, was his family and friends. His unwavering support and presence were constants in the lives of those who knew him. He was always there, a reliable source of strength and encouragement. His kindness, generosity, loyalty and dedication to his loved ones created a legacy of warmth and support that will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 4 - 7 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will be held the next day Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Pastor Chip Herbert will officiate. Burial to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
