Larry Edward Satterwhite

He was born April 3, 1960 in Peoria, IL to Edward and Shirley (Purkel) Satterwhite. He married Stephanie Phillips on March 21, 1992. She preceded him in death on August 5, 2021. Also preceding him in death were his parents.

Surviving is his daughter, Kaitlyn Satterwhite and her fiancé, Shane McMullen; one sister, Melinda "Mindy" Jackson of Peoria; two step sisters, Melissa Sherlock of Peoria and Michelle (William) Kelly of Walla Walla, WA; a niece, Jaime Jackson and nephew, Jeffrey (Erin) Jackson.

Larry was a 1978 graduate of Limestone Community High School and was a member of Laramie Baptist Church in Marquette Heights. He worked as a Right Of Way Tech for the Peoria County Highway Department for over 30 years, as well as working as a DJ, and performed for many weddings through the years. Larry had a great love of Music, enjoyed watching sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. He enjoyed being a Band Dad and attending his daughter's performances. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and beloved dogs, Lillie and Belle.

Cremation will be accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
