Melinda S. Kelly

She is survived by her parents of Mapleton, Illinois; two sons, Haegan and Connor Kelly both of Morton, Illinois. Melinda has three sisters, Jennifer (Terry) Deppermann of Glasford, Tara (Wes) Smith of Bartonville and Brooke MacLeod of Mapleton. She has a grandfather surviving, Melvin Demmin of Bartonville and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Melinda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Barbara Demmin and Roy and Clarissa (Chris) Benson.

She had worked as a phlebotomist at the American Red Cross for several years. She enjoyed fishing and her dogs. Melinda had a “heart of gold” and would help anyone who needed assistance.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Inurnment will be at a later date at the Maple Ridge Cemetery in Mapleton. The Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
