Michelle Rose Harms

She was born on August 21, 1958, in Peoria, a daughter of Robert D. and Gail E. (Fortier) Janosov. She married Gregory A. Harms on April 28, 1979 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Peoria. They were married for 44 years before he passed away.

She was preceded in death by both parents; her brother, Kevin; and her son, Frederick William III.

Michelle is survived by one sister, Torey (Wayne) Kessler; one brother, Eric (Lee Ann) Janosov; and one son, Matt Harms; along with several nieces and nephews.

After working in food service, Michelle was a homemaker who loved to garden outside, collect teddy bears, and take care of loved ones. She also babysat several children of friends and relatives for many years.

A funeral service will be held at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 12pm, with a visitation to start an hour prior at 11am. Burial will take place at Lutheran Cemetery.
