Mildred "Imogene" McKinzey

She was born April 26, 1928 in Peoria to Bernard and Margaret (Woods) Flanigan. She married Oliver G. McKinzey on Feb. 28, 1951 in Peoria. He passed away Jan. 7, 2018 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by one son, Gary McKinzey, one grandson, Johnathan Everts, one sister, and one brother.

Survivors include three daughters: Margaret (Jim) Everts of Deer Creek, Joyce (Richard) Barthell of Peoria, Lorraine (Donnie) Goodwin of Peoria, two sons: Clifford (Debra) McKinzey of Milan, William Flanigan of Ohio, beloved grandmother of Krista and Ryan McKinzey, and great-grandmother “Great Grand Jamma” of Ada McKinzey-Wallington. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and special grandson and caregiver, Steve “Charlie” and Mary Ing.

She was a homemaker and loved Wheel of Fortune and circle word books.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Maple Ridge Cemetery in Mapleton.
