Mildred H. Rosenbohm

She was born Dec. 9, 1912 in Logan Township, IL to Reent T. and Ida Marie (Reis) Janssen. She married Harvey M. Rosenbohm in Glasford on Jan. 18, 1936. He preceded her in death in 1997. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Surviving are 3 children, Lois (Ralph) Swords of Hopkinsville, KY, Ray (Jean) of Bartonville, Gary (Kathy) of Glasford; 7 grandchildren, Lynne (Paul) Hutson of Franklin, TN, Brian (Kathy) Swords of Memphis, TN, Kim (Joe) Kiesewetter of Bloomington, IL, Lori (Allen) Rogers of Warner Robins, GA, Kelly (Tom) Adamitis of Brussels, Belgium, Bret (Teresa) Rosenbohm of Glasford, IL, Tonya (Brian) Benz of Verona, WI; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Mildred was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Glasford and was also active in the Knotters Group, Dorcas Circle Bible Study Group, and WELCA.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Glasford with Rev. Harlan Kaden officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the church. Burial will be at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
