Pearl H. Stone

Pearl H. Stone, 72, of Bartonville, Illinois, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria. She was born on August 28, 1945 in Peoria, Illinois to Donald and Geraldine (Webber) Aldred. She first was married to Franklin Walraven, he preceded her in death. She later married Delbert “Rocky” Stone in 1979. He preceded her in death on August 6, 1993 in Peoria. She is also preceded in death by one brother, Don Aldred.

She is survived by one daughter, Lisa (Brian) Jones of Bartonville; two grandchildren, Caleb and Kennedey Barber; one brother, Tom (Pat) Aldred of East Peoria, Illinois; one niece and one nephew; one uncle, Edward “Junior” Light; two cousins, Danny (Julie) Light and Ed (Geri) Light.

Pearl worked 34 years at Caterpillar Inc. retiring in 1995. She loved antiquing attending sporting and school events that her grandchildren were involved with. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Peoria.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Peoria. Pastor Mark Nelson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. The Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel is handling arrangements.
