

Rosalie E. Berry, 90, of Bartonville, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Liberty Village of Pekin, surrounded by loving family. Born in Peoria, on October 4, 1935, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Burnside. On December 1, 1956, she married James "Jim" Berry. He survives.
Further surviving Rosalie are her children, Cathy (Bill Siebenthal) Malone, David (Jennie Dow-Robertson) Berry, and Susan Berry; four grandchildren, Terren (Tom) Blacet, Chase (Sarah Rentsch) Bogard, Samuel (Cassandra) Berry, and Jacob Berry; and eight great-grandchildren, Cameron, Kate, Catherine, Karter, Olivia, Matthew, Penelope, and Annabelle. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill and John Burnside.
Rosalie worked as a teller at Southside Trust & Savings for many years, both before and after raising her children. She was an avid golfer, reader, and enjoyed vacationing in Florida and Lake of the Ozarks. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Elk Lodge #20 emblem club, VFW Post 3883, and the Limestone American Legion 979.
