He was born on July 29, 1960 in Peoria, IL to Wayne and Sandra (Uphoff) Wiebler. He married Cindy Underwood on February 16, 1980 in Bartonville, IL. She survives.
Scotty is also survived by his parents, Wayne (Jacki) Wiebler of Trivoli and Sandra Wiebler of Peoria; one daughter, Tiffany (Fred) Rogers of Elmwood; one grandson, Caine Rogers; two brothers, Steve Wiebler (Lora Schaer) of Trivoli and Stann Wiebler of Bartonville, nine nieces and nephews, fourteen great-nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Susan Wiebler-Ramer.
Scotty worked as a Manager for Walters Brothers Harley-Davidson in Peoria. Over the years, he was a member of the Peoria Motorcycle Club, A.M.A. and the N.R.A. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles, snowmobiling, cooking and riding his side by side in the woods with his buddies.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a private graveside service will be at Cottonwood Cemetery in Hanna City. Davison-Fulton Bartonville is in charge of arrangements.
