Sharon "Sis" L. Workman

She was born July 3, 1955 in Peoria the daughter of William B. and Sharon L. Huffman Test. She married Kevin Leon Workman on March 30, 1987. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2008.

Sharon was survived by one son, Joseph Workman of Peoria; one granddaughter, Bonnie Jean Laney-Workman of Henry; one special niece, Misty (Brian) Dean of Bartonville; three brothers, Loren (Billie) Test of Peoria, Kevin D. (Carolyn West) Test, and Marty Test of Peoria; one sister, Victoria (Rich Van Dyke) Parlier of Creve Coeur; and many other nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and two nephews, Kyle Test, and Derek Look.

Sharon will be missed by all who knew her and remember her generous spirit.

She enjoyed Bingo, scratch off tickets and a good Karaoke. Sharon loved hosting her annual fish fry and being surrounded by family and friends.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

There will be a Celebration of Life from 2-5 pm Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Eagle’s Club, 1704 SE Lane Peoria, IL 61605.

Burial at Smithville Cemetery at a later date.
