My mother was very ill the last 10 years of her life. She was in and out of the hospital for up to six months at a time. After waiting one evening to close to midnight in the emergency room, my mother was sent to ICU. Tammy’s was the first face I saw as entered ICU following my mom’s gurney. I knew at that moment that my mom was going to receive care above and beyond. I also had the honor of seeing Tammy serve the students of Hollis Grade School as co-cheer coach, assistant track coach and head track coach. Above and beyond were Tammy’s norm. I will always be thankful for how she touched my mom’s life, the students of Hollis Grade School, and my life.

Her parents and sister are awesome people. I had many favorite grandparents at Hollis and Mr. and Mrs. Vires were definitely included in this group. Savannah and Kaylee are lovely daughters who I know Tammy was immensely proud of. My sympathies to all.

I am so sad to learn of Tammy's passing. Although I haven't seen her in years, I have never forgotten her. She was one of my closest friends in junior high. We lost touch through high school years, but I still have so many good memories of her. She always had a smile and could make me laugh so hard I would have tears running down my face. She was such an amazing girl. My condolences to her family and friends. My prayers are with you all!

Harold, Juanita, Doug and Tracy, I am so very sorry to learn of your loss. Tammy took care of Rick after a surgery a couple of years ago and we very much enjoyed meeting and talking with her. I had, of course, heard much about her before that, but had never had the pleasure of meeting her. What a terrible loss for all of her family and friends. Know that we are thinking of you.

My heart is broken for everyone who has ever had the pleasure to know you. I am truly blessed to have had you by my side. You were the yin to my yang. You always made me feel important and I couldn’t have imagined taking this ride with anyone else. Until we meet again.💕

My favorite memories of Tammy are us growing-up nextdoor: swimming, laughing, Harold telling her to cut her nails because her and Doug got in a fight, and so much more. Today, 36 years later, our families are still friends. Tammy had a big giving heart and was always smiling. Love, prayers, and hugs going out to her family and friends. We may have lost a blessing in our lives, but we also gained a new guardian angel. Meg Delamielleure-Rowe and family
