She was born March 9, 1946 in Peoria to Clarence Gayle and Esther (Diveley) Davis.
She married Dale Duncan on April 5, 1965 in Peoria. He survives along with five children: Dale R. Duncan II, of LaGrange, N.C., David Duncan of Peoria, Gale Duncan of Peoria, Dawn (Michael) Ashby of Bartonville, Jean (James) Towle of Bartonville, six grandchildren: Dustin, Christopher, Khrista, Kayla, Chace and Aiden. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren: Jackson and Jameson, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation. A Celebration of Theresa's Life will be Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022 from 12 to 3 p.m. at the Independence Steelworkers Union Hall at 106 Bolivia Ave. in Bartonville.
