He was born January 24, 1972 in Peoria to Douglas and Debi (Wunderle) Currie.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Debi (James) Stein of Bartonville, father, Douglas Currie of Bartonville, one sister, Brandi (Brian) Holford of Bartonville, one brother, Adam (Susie) Currie of Bartonville, one nephew, Seth Shannahan of Bartonville, and his furry friend Diamond.
He was preceded in death by two of his furry babies, Sadie and Mary Jane.
Vince retired last year after working over 25 years at the Painters Local 157. He was a die-hard Chicago Bears fan.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a Celebration of Vince’s Life from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025 at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.
